About Hanover
Hanover is a small city of about 3,500 people, mostly in Wright County with a small part in Hennepin County. The Crow River runs through the downtown River District and forms the county line, which is where the city gets its nickname, the “Little City on the Crow.”
The 1885 Hanover Bridge is on the National Register of Historic Places. County Road 19 is a main route through town.
Most of Hanover is in the Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose school district, and parts of the city are in the St. Michael-Albertville school district. That varies by address, so we will check it for you on any home you like.
