Otsego, MN Homes for Sale

Otsego is one of the younger communities in the Northwest Metro, and it shows. New construction is going up all over the city, the parks are new, and a lot of young families live here. If you want a newer home in a community that’s still being built, Otsego belongs on your list.

Otsego is in Wright County along the Mississippi River, next to Albertville and across the river from Elk River. Most of the city is served by the Elk River Area School District (ISD 728), and some parts are in other districts, so we’ll check the district on any home you like.

Lots tend to be generous, and with so much building going on, there are often homes available when nearby cities are tight on inventory.
